Yellow Dot Coatings is proud to announce the successful painting of the Eagle View complex, nestled within the prestigious Glen Eagles Estate in Riverfields, Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni. This notable project was developed by Mr. Olivo Lacovig from LON Projects, with Andrew Khakhu serving as our dedicated project manager.
With a painting value of R1.2 million, the project is set to be completed by the end of March. The Eagle View complex comprises 37 two-storey units, each meticulously designed to offer luxurious living spaces. Prospective buyers were quick to recognize the value, and all units, priced from R1.5 million, have already sold out.
The units range in size from 111m² to 128m², offering configurations of either 2 or 3 bedrooms, catering to a variety of lifestyle needs.
